Atonement News - May 2010 In February, Kim pulled the plug on his long awaited Atonement album stating the protracted period the project was taking to complete led to a lack of cohesion between the tracks. A new album has since been written and recorded by Kim's new trio featuring Chris Perry and John Roy. The set list also revisits 2 tracks from the West Of Spaghetti EP. The release date and accompanying trio gigs are tentatively pencilled in for September 2010. The album will be called V (unless another name springs to mind over the next couple of months). |

Animation - May 2010 Many followers of Kim's music may not be aware that in his 'previous life' he was an award winning animation film maker, with Oscar and Emmy notches on his belt. After recutting one of his early short films to become the Amistad clip in 2007, he has become inspired to re enter the world of toons. With the help of software not available when he left the industry in the early 90's, his home recording studio also now accommodates an 'animation division'. A clip for one of the tracks from the new album V, is already in the works! |

Kim's new guitar - March 2010 With the completion of his BRAVE NEW WAVE custom/ signature model guitar, Kim and Max Paton have now turned their attention to creating the Vintage V6 Shadowcaster, promising revolutionary piece of software on board which the guys will patent. Stay tuned. |

Big Phil .. September 2008
Some of you who have been to my gigs would have met my lifleong friend and roadie 'Big Phil'. Sadly, Phil unexpectedly passed away on the 16th September, 2008. I will miss him as a friend and as an inavaluable part of my musical journey. |

General News Update .. August 2007 Kim is keeping busy with session work, including producing an album for English singer / songwriter, TIM JONES. Recording is taking place at Moonlight Studio in Brookvale (Sydney) and also features from THE MOODS, bass player CHRIS PERRY and drummer DUNCAN ARCHIBALD. Song submissions for TINA Turner's next album feature Kim on guitar, Gold Guitar winning vocalist, ADAM HARVEY utilised his services on two recently produced tracks, there is work underway with blues guitarist GERRY NEIL and multi award winning, numerous number one album producer, Herman ‘Hank' Kovac has Kim booked throughout September for several projects. |
